• Canada & USA:
  Free shipping on all orders.
• International Shipping:
  We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.

Customs & Import Duties

• Orders shipped outside Canada (including the USA) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival.
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping.
  
  

Order Processing Times

• All signs are custom-made.
• Manufacturing begins within 12-24 hours of order placement but may take up to 14 days to start in times of high demand.
• Once manufacturing starts, most orders are shipped within 5–10 business days. This gives the paints time to cure and ensures they will be fully hardened so your sign will be perfectly ready to be installed outside your home (no matter if there’s sun, rain, snow, or hail in the near forecast!).

  Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
  
  

Tracking

• All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  
  

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
