1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Before Production Begins:
If you cancel your order before production starts, you are eligible for a full refund.
Note: Production typically begins within 12-24 hours of purchase, but during high demand, it may take up to 14 days to begin.
After Production Has Started:
Refunds are only available if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
Custom Orders:
As each sign is made to your specifications, returns for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering errors are not eligible once production has started. However, we really want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase so please do reach out to customer support we will try to make things right!

If your return is approved due to damage, defect, or error:

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with everything that was included (installation cleat, instructions, hardware etc).
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund or replacement decision.

Before Production Begins:
Full refund issued within 3 business days of cancellation.
After Return is Received and Approved:
Refunds or replacements are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
